At the Cercadillo Project, we are all about reaching the whole community, whole family and whole person with God’s love. Here’s how we did that this past month!
Building Update
The initial phase of our building project is under way! The company we hired was quick to start (a good sign) and is working on developing architectural designs and building plans. Thank you for all your support in making this happen!
Cilantro Season
This past February, our families planted gardens with the help of Hope Seeds International who donated seeds and QUEST missions team who put up fencing. Families have been sending us photos of cucumbers, tomatoes and cilantro picked fresh from their gardens. One family even raved about their “delicious okra and eggs!” Don’t knock it ’til you try it! We would love to see farming and gardening becoming a sustainable source of food and income for our communities.

What fun it was in May to celebrate with David (9) and Samuel (8) as they read their first book! This is an OLD photo of Jarolin. She is now 12 and a FLUENT reader! We are so thankful for the many years of being in these communities and the chance to change lives through our tutoring programs.
Prayer Request: Thank the Lord for the tremendous progress we’ve seen in our tutoring program! Pray specifically for our leaders, the students and their families that through our work with each one, we can share the love of Christ with the whole region.
