Bethany Plante from Massachusetts is here this week leading our women in Moms in Touch workshops. This international program encourages mothers to gather once a week to pray specifically for their children and their children’s schools and teachers. The training was well received and the women are planning to meet on Thursday afternoons to pray.
These women who live in the nearby village of Vietnan also participated in the workshop and are planning to have their own weekly meetings in their neighborhoods.
Hope College students spending their spring break in the DR with TIME Ministries visited Cercadillo on Wednesday and brightened the day of many children with group games . . .
