March Visitors

Two couples from Minnesota, Brian and Ann Ferro and Terry and Jean Hayward, decided to spend their winter vacation helping in the DR with TIME Ministries.  One of their many projects was to make three cutting tables for our women in Cercadillo.

The taller tables were warmly received by the women who often spend several hours bent over a table cutting out the project of the day.

A team we often refer to as “The Chicago Sewing Ladies” just left this afternoon after being here for a week.  Their leader, Jacque Spencer, always comes with many marketable projects for our women to make.

During this past week the women of Cercadillo received instruction in beading, new variations on macrame bracelets, more ideas with crocheting and card making, and two new sewing projects.

MAYBE WELLS THIS WEEK?  I promise to post pics as soon as it happens!  Please keep praying!

Such a wonderful blessing to see the growth in faith and skills going on in Cercadillo! We praise God for the priviledge of sharing in His work amongst these precious people…thanks again, Ina, for being faithful to His call on your life and for being gracious enough to share it with others!
